Sage Creek is a gated 45+ age-restricted community in West Kelowna's Westbank Centre neighbourhood, close to Okanagan Lake, area beaches, trails, and the Okanagan Wine Trail. The 45+ threshold (rather than 55+) makes it accessible to a somewhat younger downsizing buyer than many of Kelowna's other age-restricted communities.
Westbank Centre's location gives residents easy access to West Kelowna's own shopping and services without needing to cross the bridge to Kelowna for daily errands, while still being a reasonable drive from Kelowna proper when needed.
