Not every listing service is built for "I don't want stairs." This page filters specifically for condos and apartments (inherently single-level living), plus houses whose listing description explicitly mentions rancher, bungalow, single-level, or one-level construction. It's a best-effort filter — MLS® data doesn't have a universal "no stairs" checkbox, so a small number of genuine single-level homes may not show up if the listing didn't use one of these terms.
